#STAYWELL
Newpark Resort's #staywell guest health program
Newpark Resort has launched its #StayWell Guest Health Program to deliver new industry-defining standards of cleanliness and disinfection through rigorous processes and employee training to ensure Newpark guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out.
Newpark’s #StayWell program was developed to meet evolving consumer expectations during the COVID-19 pandemic and build upon the already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene where CDC/EPA cleaning products and upgraded protocols were already in use.
Our top priority has always been protecting the safety and well-being of our guests and employees, and more recently following and supporting local health officials and government leaders in the effort to minimize the spread of communicable and infectious diseases. “Our collaboration builds on the best practices and protocols we’ve researched during the Coronavirus pandemic,” said Chris Eggleton, General Manager. “This program allows our guests to rest easy with us and focus on their immersive and memorable travel experiences in Park City – while protecting our team members who dedicate their efforts every day to the well-being of our guests.”
Clean, clean & clean again
Increase the frequency of cleaning public areas, guest rooms, and high-touch surfaces. Provide daily limited "Refresh" housekeeping, including removal of trash/recycling and refreshing towels upon request.
Guest-accessible disinfection stations
Provide touchless disinfectant stations inside guest rooms, lobbies, elevators and at other key high traffic areas so guests can control their sanitization levels.
10 high-touch deep cleaned areas in guest rooms
Extra disinfection of the most frequently touched guest room areas – bedding, bathroom, door handles, kitchens, remote controls, thermostats, light switches, and more. See our 10 Deep Cleaned areas below.
